Sherpa Kids Centre owners are responsible for the recruitment of staff and ensuring that they all have relevant childcare qualifications and experience. All staff require police clearance certificates. All owners are trained in the rules and standards to be adhered to when operating Sherpa Kids programmes.
Each partner for Sherpa Kids is carefully selected against rigorous criteria and undergo comprehensive training. All share a common driving passion for children and a commitment to create the best possible environment.

All Sherpa Kids programmes reflect International Best Practice and our international centres are regulated by state authorities responsible for childcare within the respective countries. These include the Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), the Office for Standards in Education, Children, Services and Skills (OFSTED - UK), and the Child Youth and Family Services (CYFS - New Zealand).
